The team at the Lodge warmly welcomes Steve Lloyd back after 11 years away. Since leaving Cornwall in 2000, Steve has been working in some of the finest restaurants in Australia gaining extensive knowledge of modern world food. General Manager Daniel Trotter “We are very happy to have such a consummate professional in charge of our kitchens and look forward to creating a real buzz about the food at the Lodge”. The new summer menus are due to start early June.
